PROCESSING EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 15 days to return the item from the date of delivery and 30 days for exchanges from the date of delivery.
You can also send the item to our facilities via courier, with the customer responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us. and we will tell you the address of our facilities.
Exchanges are not permitted through the online store; you will need to return the item and place a new order online. Outlet stores do not accept exchanges or returns.
It is very important that items for exchange or return are properly wrapped.

REFUND
Once we receive the item(s) in our warehouse and verify their condition, Piedra Mía will accept the return and refund the order amount within 14 days of receiving the product. We will use the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.
No exchanges or returns will be accepted for engraved, personalized items or special order numbers.
